So… what happens next?

Direct Debits are collected on the 7th of each month.

Your first payment will come out on the next 7th coming up.

The next step is for you to pop in and get cracking.

Usually, when you first come in we’ll charge you a pro-rata fee – this is simply a part-month fee which covers the cost from the day you first come in, up to that first DD payment on the 7th.

(SPECIAL OFFER:  If we have a ‘Nothing to Pay’ offer on, then you won’t be charged a pro-rata fee)

If you require it, we offer all new members a free gym induction which will take between 5 and 25 minutes depending on your level of experience.

Please ring 01725 557268 to book your induction so we can ensure a member of staff will be available to help you get started.

PLEASE NOTE:  You must give us a minimum of 30-days notice to cancel this Direct Debit. 

DO NOT cancel it yourself or you may get an automatic fine.  We will cancel for you. 

Just ring, pop in or email and give us your notice to cancel.  We will do the rest for you.
